Protocol
● Temps checked must be lower than 100.4.
● Locker Room will be provided for officials.
● Must have a mask on while in the building. Take off when competition begins.
Line Judges:
● We will provide line judges however, we may need volunteers from other schools if
unable to find from our staff/community.
Warm-Ups:
● Balls will not be provided for warm-ups. Schools must bring their own balls.
● The warm-ups will be conducted according to the KSHSAA Warm-Up Rules for
Postseason play. This can be found on p.20 of the Volleyball manual.
● 20 minutes before the first match and 10 minutes after the first match.
● We will change balls after each match.
Fan Attendance/Patron Seating:
● Visitor fans sit on the North Side of Main Gym.
● Home fans sit on the South Side of Main Gym.
● Bleachers will be marked in the Main and New Gyms.
● Must be socially distanced and not sit in bleachers marked “DO NOT SIT.”
● All fans must wear a mask.
● All fans will be subject to a temperature check when entering the building.
● No admission will be charged.
● There is a limit on the number of fans. Four spots will be provided to family members
of each player. Each family member will report to the gate worker which student athlete
he or she is representing. These are non-transferrable.
● Fans must sit in family groups. Family groups must remain socially distanced from each
other. Kids are not to be running around in the building during the game.
Bus Parking:
● Park by the visiting stands by the football field. This way the buses will not be in the way
of our underground water storage.
Concessions:
● No concession stand will be offered. Outside food and drink will be allowed.
Other Information:
● Each team provides their own towels.
● Locker Room will be provided for the visiting team.
COVID-19 Information:
● Contact tracing will be done by the Marion County Health Department if a case arises.
All information will be conducted from the Health Department not Centre High School.
● Coaches will wear masks.
● Coaches and other personnel will be temp checked at their school. If cleared then they
may participate in the activity,
● All KSHSAA Sports Activity Specific Considerations will be followed.
○ This includes players wearing masks while on the sideline and social distancing.
● No student sections, no pep band. If students come, they must sit in family groups!

I hereby certify all contestants who will participate in our activity will be eligible according to the
rules and regulations of the Kansas State High School Activities Association, and their names
