Dr. Klein and Cassie Look joined Mrs. Gunther’s HOSA chapter to visit about careers and opportunities in the medical field. Thank you, Mr. Paden for being the model of a perfect patient.
HOSA also hosted Greg Klein of Rice County EMS to organize EMS Ride-Alongs. We have some bright futures in the medical field with our community support!!! Thank you!!!

Reminder - We are planning to walk for the parade in the morning. If inclement weather, we will walk in the gyms. LR students can arrive around 9:00 a.m. to the LR Commons. Windom in town students should be to WES by 8:40 to shuttle to LR. Parade start at HS at 9:10
Come check out our LR Choir and Percussion Concert tomorrow night at 6:30 pm. Students need to report to the music room by 6 pm. Tis the season to be spooky so come dressed up in costume!!!
Due to the rain, we will not be able to allow the general public to park on the track to watch tonight’s football game vs. Spearville. Thank you for your cooperation. Only exception is for team busses, ambulance, and handicap accessibility.
Tomorrow night (Thursday) our Varsity Football team hosts Spearville! Kickoff is at 7pm! Grab a blanket, umbrella (maybe), your appetite for the Booster Club Concession Stand, and come out to cheer on our boys!!! Gooooo Redskins!!!
Fall Sports Banquet Date Change!! The LRJSH Fall Sports Banquet has been moved to Nov. 7th since there are no activities scheduled on Wed., Nov. 7th. Please share and mark your calendars.
Junior High Boys Basketball practice begins today at LRHS! Practice will be today and tomorrow with no practice on Friday (no school day). All Junior High Girls and Boys will practice on Mon., Oct. 29th.
After-practice bus this week runs at 6:05pm. Go Redskins!
