The Varsity Scholars Bowl team traveled to Lyons on Tuesday, Nov. 13. The team members are Zane Kratzer, Madison Loder, Michelle Loder, Hannah Herzog, and Gunner Bower. In their pool of 6 teams the had a 3 wins and 2 losses which did not allow them to move on to the Championship round. They did an outstanding job and the next meet will be Nov. 27 at Ellsworth. - Coach Cunningham

Reminder to parents of students that ride buses. If your child is not riding the bus in the morning, please contact the driver the night before or Nancy @ the high school (620-897-6201) in the morning anytime after 6:00 A.M. This allows us to avoid unnecessary stops.

Dr. Klein and Cassie Look joined Mrs. Gunther’s HOSA chapter to visit about careers and opportunities in the medical field. Thank you, Mr. Paden for being the model of a perfect patient. HOSA also hosted Greg Klein of Rice County EMS to organize EMS Ride-Alongs. We have some bright futures in the medical field with our community support!!! Thank you!!!

Reminder - We are planning to walk for the parade in the morning. If inclement weather, we will walk in the gyms. LR students can arrive around 9:00 a.m. to the LR Commons. Windom in town students should be to WES by 8:40 to shuttle to LR. Parade start at HS at 9:10
