Happy Teacher Appreciation week!
Don't forget about the Fine Arts Night tonight!! Beginning at 6 pm community members will be welcome to walk around and look at all the art and projects being presented. Solos will also be performing for you while you enjoy the hard work the students did this year. Then, at 6:30 pm, the music concert will start and awards will be handed out throughout the program including a giant check with the grand total raised from our mattress fundraiser!
As we pre-enroll students at LRJSH, we will send home a pre-enrollment schedule for parents to sign. A signature by parents/guardians will be required for confirmation of preliminary schedules. We are pre-enrolling through next week, but expect for your student(s) to have a form to sign by no later than May 15.

All USD #444 Athletics practices are canceled this evening due to anticipated severe weather. Stay safe.
Juniors, who were planning on staying for the Plan Management Work night...I decided to cancel tonight due to inclement weather. I still plan on next Wednesday the 9th, and the following Wednesday the 16th.

The baseball/softball games scheduled for this Friday, May 4th will be played @ Ell-Saline, NOT at home. There was an error on the district calendar. Games begin at 3pm. Goooo Skins!!!
The High School Track team will travel to Lyons for competition on Tues., May 1st. The meet begins at 3:30pm. Gooo REDSKINS!!!
On Tuesday, May 1st, we will host Moundridge at home for baseball and softball beginning at 3pm. Go SKINS!!!
This evening we celebrated a special group of fine students and Mr. Wohler for a successful year with FFA!! Thank you to Mr. Wohler and his family, parents, students, and the Agriculture Advisory Committee members for making this wonderful opportunity possible!
This afternoon LRJSH practiced a Lock Down Drill. It was a practice drill only. Staff and students carried out our practice procedures effectively. Have a good weekend! Thank you Chief Johanning.
