A reminder that WES students should not arrive to LRHS before 7:30 a.m. in the morning for the shuttle buses to Windom School. The buses leave promptly at 7:40 a.m., but students should not arrive before 7:30 a.m. Thank you.
Reminder tomorrow, Wednesday, August 23rd, is 1 hour late start for students. Buses will run 1 hour later than normal. Shuttle Routes will leave each building at 8:40 a.m. promptly. Teachers report as normal.
With the high temps, Junior High Football will practice at 6:15 AM the rest of this week, Tuesday through Friday. Practice will end at 7:30 AM.
Please contact the District Office by noon tomorrow at 620-897-6325 if you have not received any information regarding pick up times for your child if you are planning on them riding the bus.

Reminder to get your physical and concussion forms turned into the District Office by this Friday, August 11th. Forms must be in before Student-Athletes can take part in practice. Practices start Monday, August 14th.

Regional Baseball games today at Hobart-Detter will be delayed two hours. Our Redskins will play the second game of the evening that will start at approx. 6PM.
The JH Track meet in Solomon has been postponed. The bus will leave Solomon at 1:50. Parents wishing to pick up and sign out their athletes will need to do so at the gym when they return.

Former Newman University Head Basketball Coach & Keynote Speaker, Mark Potter is on a mission to save lives. Founder of D2UP, dedicated husband and father, Coach Potter has dedicated his life to helping others find a way to seek help when suffering from depression and anxiety. He has made it his mission to help others get out of severe depression and get help. Coach Potter, along with his wife Nanette Potter, have shared their message across the United States helping Universities, High Schools, and Businesses bring awareness about mental illness to their communities and start taking action on breaking the silence about depression and suicide.
The community is invited to hear Coach and his wife next Monday, April 17th at 9:00 at the LRHS gymnasium.
