DARE Parent Night is November 2nd at 6PM. It will be in the LRHS Cafeteria. It is for parents and guardians of all 6th and 8th grade students. Thanks and sorry for the confusion.

Little River Junior/Senior High School parents/guardians:
Conferences are just around the corner. We will be holding “student led parent/teacher conferences” November 1 from 12:00pm-8:00pm. This conference will include the student, parent/guardian, and your child’s advisory teacher. This conference will be held in the advisory teacher’s classroom or you may choose to do the conference via Zoom.
Check your email or ask your child for the letter with the link to his or her advisor’s
Sign-Up Genius being used to schedule our conferences this year.
Available times will be in 15 minute increments. PLEASE TRY TO SIGN UP BY WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 27.
(All teachers will have open times posted on their doors if you want to drop in and visit with them as well.)

There will be NO SCHOOL for students Pre-K-12 on Friday, October 29th, as this is a Teacher Inservice/Work Day.
There will also be NO SCHOOL for students Pre-K-12 on Monday, November 1st, as this is Parent-Teacher Conferences.
FCS will meet tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM in the Gym. All students 7th-12th are welcome. Roll Tribe!
National School Lunch Week… We appreciate our cooks at WES! Some of our TAP students presented Lisa and Julie with a treat (that they didn’t have to prepare) and some cards (school lunch lots 2 love) seen hanging on the bulletin board signed by individual classes. Thank you, Lisa and Julie for preparing us great meals each day!




We are so thankful for our volunteer fire departments in Windom, Little River, and Marquette. They came today to share during Fire Safety Week. Students were able to go through the smokehouse and look at several trucks, including a ladder truck.




A local 4-H club is doing a service project. If you would like to help please donate by Friday.


Game Time Change: There has been a change in tonight's Volleyball matches in Herington. First serve has been moved from 4PM to 5PM.
Due to a bus issue, one of the shuttles will be later than usual coming from Windom to Little River. Sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience.

A reminder that tonight is an Open House for USD 444 families and patrons to tour both the Little River Jr./Sr. High School and Windom Elementary School from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to view the new updates made due to the bond construction. Please help spread the word!
