REMINDER: Due to the boys and girls participating in the State Basketball Tournament in Dodge City this week. Students, Grades K-12, will be dismissing today, March 12th, at 1:15 p.m. after the Pep Assembly. There is NO SCHOOL on Thursday, March 13th, and Friday, March 14th, for students in Grades Pre-K-12. GO REDSKINS!!! ROLL TRIBE!!!
FRIDAY/SATURDAY Pep Bus Sign-Up:
Students must SIGN-UP IN THE OFFICE BY NOON WEDNESDAY!
Friday and Saturday bus leave times will be determined by the outcome of the games on Wednesday and Thursday. These leave times will be texted out after Thursday's game.
ALL JH & HS Students can sign-up, and Redskin Backerz will cover their admission.
Students will need to bring money for a fast food meal.
Due to the early release on Wednesday, March 12th, we will have a regular school start time starting at 8:10 a.m. for Grades Pre-K- 12. NO LATE START.
If students need a ride to the State Basketball games in Dodge City, the deadline to sign up is tomorrow, Tuesday, March 11th, by the end of the day. We need at least 15 riders. The theme for Wednesday's game is "Red or Blackout". "Thursday's game theme is "Blackout or White Out". On Wednesday, we would leave at 3:10 p.m. and on Thursday at 11:10 a.m.
Congratulations to the both the boys and girls basketball teams on making it to State. To allow for students/staff to attend, there will be an early dismissal on Wednesday, March 12th, after the pep rally. Students will be dismissed at 1:15. Due to the boys playing at 2 pm on Thursday, there will be NO SCHOOL on Thursday. There is also NO SCHOOL on Friday, March 14th, due to this day being scheduled as a Teacher Work Day. A pep bus will be going to Canton Galva on both Friday and Saturday to our Sub-State Championship games. For any student grades 7-12 that choose to ride the bus over, our booster club will pay for their entry. Thank you Redskin Backerz! Students must be signed up by noon on Thursday to ensure we have numbers. RT!
You may have received a PowerSchool email last night concerning the security breach in December. The district was unaware of the timing of the email, which would have helped with communication. These emails are legitimate and are from PowerSchool. PowerSchool has provided details on enrolling in two years of complimentary credit monitoring services. PowerSchool has stated that additional emails may be sent regarding this. It is an optional service provided by PowerSchool. We apologize for any confusion this has created.

Due to snow-covered roads and dangerously low wind chills, all schools in USD 444 will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, February 19th, for the safety of our students and staff. Please stay safe and warm.

Due to the forecasted snowfall and windy conditions, Little River-Windom Schools will be closed on Tuesday, February 18th, and no evening activities. We will plan on a 2-hour late start on Wednesday, February 19th, with classes beginning at 10:10 AM for Kindergarten through 12th Grade and breakfast will not be served. If we can not attend on Wednesday, due to the conditions, a message will be sent out Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning. Thanks for your understanding!

Just a reminder, per Wheat State League constitution, NO Passes are accepted during post-season WSL events. Admission prices are $6 for Adults and $4 for Students.
